Choc Peppermint Crackers
So quick to make and so delicious!
All you need is:
Chocolate (we used a mix of dark and milk)
Fresh peppermint leaves
Melt chocolate in a metal bowl over a pot of boiling water (be careful not to overheat as it will make the chocolate go hard and lumpy!)
Then add peppermint oil to taste + coconut oil if your chocolate mixture is a little too thick or you need to stretch it. Add both a little at a time, testing as you go, until you reach your desired amount.
Then cover Silver Tongue Foods natural crackers with the chocolate mixture.
Place the choc covered crackers onto a tray with baking paper.
Sprinkle with salt and top with the fresh peppermint leaves.
Then refrigerate. It should only take 15 mins or so for the chocolate to set.
Then they're ready to eat!
The perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea.
