Refund policy

We have a no returns policy. However, should you receive your package and it is damaged, please let us know by contacting hello@silvertonguefoods.com and send us a picture of the damage as soon as possible so we can investigate and come to a solution. Kindly take note that we are only able to process requests for replacements within one (1) week of receiving your box. We take no responsibility for change of mind or allergies. However if you do have a reaction to any of our products, please kindly contact us directly via hello@silvertonguefoods.com .


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
