Raspberry & Jalapeno Jam Trifle Recipe

- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 2 cups of custard
- 1 bottle of our Silver Tongue Foods raspberry and jalapeno jam
- 1 litre of berry-flavored jelly
- 1 sponge cake
- Fresh berries to serve (optional)
Begin by making the jelly. Pour the prepared jelly liquid into the large trifle bowl. This will be your bottom layer. Put this into the fridge to set for a few hours.
Next, bake a classic sponge cake or purchase one pre-made. Cut the sponge cake to fit the large trifle bowl. This can be either one round piece sliced in half to make two circular cakes, or, if pre-purchased and square it can be cut into cubes.
